About Sarah

Sarah Harburg-Petrich is a Brooklyn-based event producer and consultant.

Starting as a high school playwright and theatrical producer, she earned her BA from Fordham University in Theater, where she formalized her production strategy and knowledge both at school and in her part-time job as a stagehand at the Manhattan School of Music. After a move to Los Angeles, working in small business sales and operations, non-profits, and freelance stage management, she started work in the tech industry. At Leaf Group in Santa Monica, and later at Etsy in Brooklyn, she shaped office culture and planned and executed events with her signature warmth and panache.

For fun, Sarah helped plan and execute the weddings of her family and friends, mostly long distance. After yet another friend told her to do this for a living, Sarah decided to launch delishtabash, and provide the same logistical and creative services to folks planning their own events, from an intimate gathering for six to a six hundred person blowout.
